All U.S. and International orders are shipped via USPS and will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped. Mantle Cosmetics, LLC will only ship to the address provided during checkout and is not responsible or guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered by customer during checkout process. Additionally, Mantle Cosmetics, LLC is not responsible for delayed shipments as a result of USPS carrier once order has been successfully fulfilled and delivered to USPS Facility. It is highly recommended to review your mailing address and all information entered prior to completing your order to ensure that all information is correct. In the event you feel your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim. International Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS International Mail with standard shipping costs depending on location. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Australia

All orders being shipped to Australia are charged GST tax charges in compliance with the Australian Tax Office. GST tax charges are non-refundable and are automatically charged to your order.
